At Connect, the safety of our passengers and employees is always our top priority. We are monitoring the situation related to COVID-19 and have implemented procedures to prevent the spread of the virus in accordance to the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Our employees have been educated on how to recognize the symptoms of COVID-19, avoid exposure and what to do if they develop symptoms. The following has been implemented to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19:

Drivers are supplied with facemasks and gloves to wear while working
Vehicles are supplied with disinfectants and drivers are disinfecting vehicles after each trip
Hand sanitizers, tissues and trash receptacles are equipped in vehicles for passengers
Facemasks and gloves are provided to passengers as needed

We encourage our clients to book larger vehicles to allow for social distancing. Our recommendation is to limit the number of passengers in vehicles to no more than 50% capacity.
